The reel-type telescopic cleaning device consists of a reel, a telescopic rod and a tank washing nozzle. The motor-driven reel system is used to realize the automatic retraction and extension of the telescopic rod, and the inner wall of the tank is cleaned with high pressure in cooperation with the rotating cleaning head. The device is suitable for cleaning medium and large storage tanks, mixing tanks, fermentation tanks, reactors, drying towers and other containers in 98% of industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and petroleum.

Working principle

Fix the reel-type telescopic cleaning device at the opening of the tank body and adjust the sealing assembly to prevent leakage.

The drive motor is started, and the reel unfolds the telescopic rod so that it gradually extends into the tank body.

The high-pressure pump is started, and the cleaning liquid is transported to the tank washing nozzle through the pipe inside the telescopic rod.

The tank washing nozzle sprays the cleaning liquid according to the preset path and angle to cover the inner wall of the tank. Under the action of the rotating mechanism, it moves along the set trajectory (spiral, ring or segmented) to ensure that the cleaning range is comprehensive.

After the cleaning is completed, the reel is reversed and the telescopic rod is gradually pulled back and stored in the reel.

After completing the cleaning task, stop the equipment and perform maintenance on the cleaning device itself.
