Reactor Rigid Rod Fixed Lifting Cleaning System

Working principle:

The lifting height of the reactor hard rod lifting cleaning system is between 1 meter and 2 meters, which is suitable for cleaning small and medium-sized kettles. It adopts a mechanical hard rod structure, and the hard rod is driven by a motor or hydraulic system to achieve up and down lifting. The cleaning head is fixed at the end of the hard rod, and the position is adjusted by mechanical action during cleaning. The structure is relatively simple and durable.

The hard rod reactor cleaning system consists of a high-pressure pump, a three-dimensional rotating cleaning nozzle, a hard rod telescopic device, and an intelligent operation PLC platform. The three-dimensional rotating cleaning ball is installed on the hard rod telescopic device, and the telescopic mechanism is installed on the reactor inlet. The hard rod lifting device telescopes in the reactor and moves along the inner wall of the reactor. It can avoid obstacles in the reactor and accurately locate and clean at a fixed point at a fixed time. The compound movement of the three-dimensional tank washer and the hard rod lifting device can fully rinse any position inside the reactor to complete the thorough cleaning of the reactor.
