Working principle

1. Start: The operator starts the cleaning with one button through the PLC control system, and the motor drives the telescopic rod to send the cleaning nozzle into the kettle. The sensor detects the position of the nozzle to ensure that it enters the kettle correctly.

2. Cleaning: The telescopic rod moves up and down according to the preset program driven by the motor to ensure that the cleaning covers the entire kettle. The rotating cleaning nozzle at the tail of the telescopic rod rotates at high speed driven by the water pump, spraying high-pressure water or cleaning agent to clean the inner wall of the kettle in all directions.

3. End: After the cleaning is completed, the telescopic rod automatically retracts and the equipment stops running.
