Automatic Water Tank Cleaning Equipment

The automatic cleaning device for stainless steel water tanks produced by CYCO Spray Sales is an advanced cleaning equipment, mainly used for automatic cleaning of water tanks of different volumes and shapes.

Working Principle

The device uses a PLC control system to drive the cleaning device to automatically extend and rotate, ensuring all-round cleaning of the inside of the water tank.

While extending and rotating, the device sprays high-pressure water to effectively knock down and clean dirt, moss and other impurities on the inner wall of the water tank.

During the cleaning process, the disinfection device releases disinfectant and mixes with the cleaning water column to achieve simultaneous cleaning and disinfection.

Main Features

The cleaning device can be extended and rotated in three-dimensional space to ensure that there is no dead angle in the cleaning.

The high-pressure water jet and disinfectant are mixed to improve the cleaning efficiency and ensure thorough cleaning.

The PLC control system is used to preset the cleaning cycle and cleaning time, and the entire cleaning process is automatically completed.

The circuit design is advanced, the operation is safe and reliable, and human errors and operational risks are reduced.
